Looking at picking up BC2 to play on my laptop and desktop. Desktop is more then good enough. However, the laptop was tested and got this response.

So can I run it or not? CPU isn't good enough, but it is fast enough. Makes no sense to me.

yeah man...my pc doesn't meet the recommended specs on the back of the box but it runs pretty well on mine (dual core 3.73EE overclocked to 4.2, 4 GB RAM. 9800GTX+)

Anifan your laptop cant handle it for sure, hopefully your desktop can handle it ?

Dave, your specs are within minimum with good margins IMHO

Dave your BC2 player nick is splappah ?

No its Gambit_12, what is your nick Real? and the recommended specs ask for a quad core 2.0, wasnt talking about the minimum

dual 3.0 ghz cpu. 8gig ram. dual 1.5tb seagate hdd. nvidia 9800 gt. That's my main machine. Right now it's running Ubuntu and XP Pro but I'm going to be putting Win7 on it as soon as everything important is backed up.
